I really don't like doing this, but people have expressed a desire to support Rhyme Torrents/Nerdcorehiphop.org financially, so I must oblige them.
There is more than one way to do this, of course. You could contribute to the site in some way, as well, although most of those things are under control now, or handled by volunteers. We could always use more nerdcore news sent to jasonzc@yahoo.com, of course.
1. Your could get your hosting from Dreamhost.com. I wouldn't even recommend them unless I was really happy with the hosting. We served out more than 20,000 pages when Slashdot linked us, and things went really smoothly. The traffic and storage space are nearly unlimited. I really, really like Dreamhost. If you just go to their site and sign up, without following the above link, enter the referral code NCHH1337, and you'll get $20 off any plan you sign up for. That comes out of my referral fee, and is my gift to you for being supportive of our efforts. If you're so well-off that you don't need a discount, use the link above, or just use my email address as the referrer.
2. A straight-up Paypal or cash donation would also go to defraying hosting and promotion costs. I will NOT be buying pot with it, I swear. ; )

3. Promote the site! Link it from your own page. Post the URL on message boards, guestbooks. Review something. Tell a friend. Burn some discs and give them away. Send the URL to magazines, reviewers, random people. Pic up a mic and record a nerdcore hip-hop track. Join the BBS. Get involved!
Lots of people do lots of things to support the site, but these people do more than others:
1. Oddioblender - My homey sent me $10 for no real reason whatsoever, and started the whole ball rolling. I really appreciate it. As did my wife, who struggles to juggle the bills I hand her with little or no explanation.
2. Z. of Hipster, Please. He took over the liner notes at a time when I really needed help.
3. Casey redesigned the pages, and made them look really nice. We really looked like crap before then.
4. funky49 mirrored the RAR archives. He was the only person who did this, by the way. I'm looking at you, YTCracker and Ultraklystron. ; ) Get your hosting here to show him some love.
5. Benjamin Bear did an enormous amount of work on the 'Artists' section of nerdcorehiphop.org. Big ups.
6. The ID3 tags and track names were all fixed by Josh, and now he's doing the Wiki work. Awesome.
7. I would be remiss if I didn't again thank Beefy, DJ Snyder, Ray Ogar and TripSpike for doing Rhyme Torrents CD covers.
8. There would be no Rhyme Torrents CDs without the nerdcore artists and the nerdcore fans...
9. Did I forget something? Let me know.
